Birdeye is the name most owners start with for review requests, review monitoring and listings. It does not publish prices. Its pricing page uses a quote form with location bands from 1–3 up to 1000+. Third-party sites report Starter, Growth and Dominate plans at roughly $299, $349 and $449 per location per month on annual billing, with one source putting Growth and Dominate at $399 and $499. Those figures are not confirmed by Birdeye. The most common complaints about Birdeye on Capterra and Trustpilot are about contracts: difficult termination, a reported 90-day notice requirement, and billing after cancellation. Third-party sources describe 12-month auto-renewing terms, but Birdeye's own contract was not available to check.
That combination is why owners look elsewhere: an unpublished price, a long term, and a product built for multi-location businesses. The alternatives here solve different problems. Podium and Weave are texting-first. Thryv bundles CRM, invoicing and listings. Broadly adds an AI receptionist and sells month-to-month. BrightLocal is a local SEO tool with review requests on its Grow plan. Yext is a listings platform that says it is built for large multi-location enterprises. FlashCrafter is a done-for-you website, CRM and local SEO service with AI agents, sold on an exclusive one-client-per-trade-per-city basis.
What matters most to your customers is easy to state. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey of 1,002 US adults, 47% would not use a business with fewer than 20 reviews, 74% only consider reviews from the last three months, and 80% are more likely to use a business that replies to all reviews. A tool is useful if it gets you a steady flow of recent reviews and lets you answer them. Whether it connects to your job-management software, and what it takes to cancel, then decide the rest.

Method
How we compared
- 01
Published price: whether the vendor's own page shows a number, and where only third parties report one, we say so and give the figure as a report.
- 02
Review tools: whether the product requests reviews, monitors them and helps you reply, since those are the features reviewers rate most important.
- 03
Field-service fit: whether the vendor names integrations with job-management software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber.
- 04
Contract and cancellation: the stated term, notice and cancellation terms, and what customers complain about on Capterra, Trustpilot and BBB.
- 05
Independent ratings: Capterra rating and review count, checked October 2026, with Trustpilot and BBB as context where available.
Verdict
Stay with Birdeye if you run ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber and want review requests to fire when a job closes, but get the term and notice period in writing before you sign. Choose Broadly if you want published prices, no contract and an AI receptionist. Choose BrightLocal if all you need is review requests, monitoring and local rank tracking at the lowest published price. Choose Thryv if you want CRM and invoicing in the same tool, and read the 6-month auto-renewing term first. Choose FlashCrafter if you want the website, CRM, local SEO and review follow-up done for you and want exclusivity in your trade and city. FlashCrafter's claims are its own and unverified, and which field-service software it connects to is not established. Podium is weaker for ServiceTitan users now that ServiceTitan has ended the integration. Weave fits best if you also want to replace your phone system. Yext is aimed at large multi-location brands. If your only goal is to collect more Google reviews, BrightLocal's free Google Review Link and Place ID Generator may be enough to start.
